Q: When is the 2009 Honda Accord being released?
I was just wondering when the 2009 Honda Accord with be released as Im hoping it will have a better line-up of exterior colors than the 2008 currently has. and if anyone knows, whats the estimated price of the 2009 accord diesel?
A: The '09 Accords will be out around August, as for more color options, probably not... They don't seem to change the basic neutral colors, that most people like. I believe the Accord diesel will be around $1500 more than the non-diesel Accord, but the official price has not been announced yet.
Q: Will my 2009 honda accord coupe get stolen if I took it to VCU, which is in Richmond?
I am planning to go see my friends and I have never been down there. Will my car get stolen since its brand new or will I be okay. Im sorry if this question sounds stupid but ive neva been down there and I heard it is a really ghetto place.
A: All cars are at risk of getting stolen
try fitting an antitheft device proven by your local dealer
Q: How do I connect ipod to 2009 Honda Accord LX?
I heard that using AM/FM transmitter will not give me a very good quality, any suggestions?
A: In the armrest you will find an AUX input. You will need to go to your local electronics store and get a "Stereo Double Male Cable" it will have the same size plug as your headphones. Plug one end into iPod(Zune or anything with headphones) plug the other into the AUX jack and you'll be good to go.
One draw back is you can't control the player through your stereo controls like you can in the 2009 Civic EX, EX-L, Fit Sport or Pilot Touring.
Hope this helps you out.
Q: Could I still negotiate a price for a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe I get custom built from the factory?
In general, can you negotiate the price of a factory-ordered car?
I simply want an I-4 Accord Coupe in Polished Metal Metallic with a 5-SPD MT. (No dealer in the Southeast has this combination)
Sorry, I forgot to mention it is a LX-S model.
A: McCoy is correct.
You have to keep in mind that if you back out at time of delivery, the dealer must then turn around and hope someone else wants to buy that car with YOUR specs.
**EDIT** -- Carshopper, I think you need to spend some time on this site and answer more than 15 questions before you go off and call other advice "bad". When I worked for Honda, and a customer wanted a certain build from the factory, usually the distributor (not Honda itself) wanted the customer to pay retail. They were taking a chance that the car would have some feature/combo that other customers would not want. I remember folks coming in and asking for absolute bare-bones Civics, with 5-spds and no air conditioning. Exactly the opposite of what the general population wanted and what the dealer usually kept in stock. So, the dealer would adhere to the distributor's wishes (as you might know, it's a political BS game) and ask retail.
Now, "can" you negotiate a custome-built vehicle? Sure. But keep in mind that the dealer will probably stick to their guns.
Q: Should I get the 4 cyclinder or 6 cylinder 2009 honda accord coupe?
I am 19 years old and I go to college. I only drive like 50 miles a day and I do 80% city driving. I don't speed that much and I was wondering which engine power would be good for me. Gas mileage? Insurance cost difference between the two engines? Better for a college student?
A: I have a 2003 V6 and I love it but the 270+ hp the 2009s have probably would have gotten me into trouble when I was 19 and I was a pretty conservative driver. From what I've heard the newer ones gets pretty decent mpg for a V6. According to autos.msn.com, you only give up around 3-4 mpg for almost 100 more horsepower in a 2009 V6 Coupe with an automatic versus the I4 Coupe.
Q: Is there any difference between 2008 and 2009 honda accord coupe? Exterior and interior? ?
Im debating between getting a used or new car. Used car will save me loads of money. Is this a good idea?
A: Nothing changed on the outside, but Crystal Black Pearl paint replaced Nighthawk Black Pearl paint. Other than that, it's pretty much the same. If you're going to buy a used car, make sure nothing is wrong with it... better yet, try and buy a certified used car.

Q: What is the difference in the 2009 Honda accord coupe between the 6 cylinder EX-L and the 4 cylinder EX-L? ?
I want to buy the accord coupe but i can save $4000 if i get the 4 cylinder. What is the big differences between the two different engine models besides the horsepower. Interior? Exterior? Gas Mileage?
A: The V-6 offers a few more advantages than the 4 cylinder. Exterior wise, the V-6 has chrome door handles and dual exhaust and rolled, polished muffler tips. On the interior, there is not much difference. As far as gas mileage is concerned, the V-6 gets 19 mpg city and 29 mpg highway. The 4cylinder gets 21 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.
Hope this helps and good luck!
Q: Will you suggest seat covers for a 2009 Honda Accord Sedan?
I want attractive, easy to wash or clean, durable seat covers and i have no clue what to purchase. Suggestions?
Thanks
A: I would suggest Katzkin replacement covers if you currently have cloth seats.
Q: Does anyone know where I can see interior pics of the 2009 honda accord coupe?
A: Honda typically plays the cards close to their chest...the delay in releasing information about new models.
Try the following site that been a good snoop source:
TEMPLE of VTEC
BTW, Honda you may already know that Honda did a media release on the '08 Accord coupe. Check YOUTUBE, which also might have the video stream of this press release...lots of cameras were flashing...hopefully the Web should have the photos you're looking for.
Q: When is 2009 Honda Accord Sedan being released?
Hey guyz....check out these beautiful pics of 2009 Honda Accord Sedan. I still like 2008 Version. Please let me know your thoughts.... :-)

Oh ok...so its an european model...silly me... i just thought it was an american model..so I guess it will almost look like 2008 version. ...
A: This is the European Accord, which is not available in the U.S.. This could be a major hint of what the Acura TSX will look like. I think the back is sharp, but I don't really like the headlights. Anyways, I'd assume it's going to be released in Europe, sometime in the 4th quarter (probably August).
Q: 2009 Honda Accord. Buy the 4 cylinder or V-6?
I am debating on buying the 2009 Honda Accord 190 HP EX-L 4 cylinder or the V-6. Due to the high gas prices and the HUGE size, I am wondering if there is a major difference in performance. If so, which one is the better choice in the long term? I heard that the 4 cylinder model's headlights dim when the A/C cycles. Should I just get Civic EX-L instead or do folks still associate that car as being entry level?
A: For simplicity, I would prefer the 4 cylinder. More economical of course, and less costly to repair. The V6 is a tighter fit and has more moving parts. If I were to buy a Toyota Camry, I would go with the 4. I have never heard of the Headlights dimming when the A/C cycled. It could be a weak alternator on some of those. The V6 will be smoother and have more power. This 4 cylinder Japanese motors have come a long way having power like a V6, but not quite as smooth. They are better these days. You will pay more for the V6 of course. My advice is talk to owners of these cars and test drive all models before making a decision. I was anticipating buying one of these with a diesel in it, but Honda killed it and will put that in the more expensive Acura TSX. I would check out a Civic as well. It may be an entry level car, but they are now bigger. Maybe as big as an older generation Accord. It will be more economical as well. Good luck
Q: Can I get a 2008/2009 Honda Accord Coupe or 2008/2009 Altima with $3000 down, 622 credit score for $400 a mont?
A: Most likely not. You would most likely have to end up paying more like mid 400's a month. For four hundred a month over five years with a credit score of 622 you need to be in the price range of 23,000 after your 3,000 down payment. I think the accords are running a bit more than 26,000 or 27,000. If not then you should be ok. I think the altima's are running a little more.
Q: Does the Honda Accord Coupe 2009 looks diffrent from the 2008 in America?
Guys reaaaaaaalllllllly needs your help about this.
Is it worth waiting to get the 2009?
A: No. They just redesigned the car for 2008.
They will not change the looks or design or technology for another 5 years.
Q: bottom line of 2009 Honda Accord 4 sedan 4 cyl.?
What is the bottom line of a 4 door 2009 Honda Accord?
I saw one in paper advertise is $18000 plus tax and Lic and Doc fee.
Anyone get better deal than this? please post dealership/and or name.
Thanks everyone.
Anyone actually bought one in S. California and this Honda Accord would be 4 dr auto trans, 4 cyl and would be a LX. thanks everyone.
A: The car is more then likely a LX with a manual transmission. The price you put is $830 below invoice according to Edmunds.
If you shop around at other local dealers and see if they can beat or match.
The diesel model won't be out till this time next year.
